At BBQ Kings, we stand behind the quality of our charcoal grills. Every unit is inspected before dispatch to ensure safety, durability, and performance.

If your product arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide a solution at no extra cost.

Important Return Condition

⚠️ Used products are not eligible for return or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, once a BBQ grill has been:

• Used for cooking
• Assembled and used
• Exposed to charcoal fire
• Modified in any way

It cannot be returned or refunded.

Please inspect your product carefully upon delivery before use.

What We Cover

We provide warranty support for:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Structural issues under normal household use
• Missing parts in the original package
• Wrong product shipped
• Major damage during transit (must be reported within 48 hours)

If approved, we may provide:

• Replacement parts
• Repair guidance
• Product replacement (in rare approved cases)

The solution provided will be at our discretion after assessment.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage due to misuse or improper handling
• Rust caused by exposure to rain or moisture
• Normal wear and tear from charcoal heat
• Paint discoloration from high temperatures
• Overloading beyond recommended capacity
• Improper assembly
• Modifications or third-party repairs
• Accidental damage
• Minor scratches or cosmetic marks
• Regular maintenance items

Charcoal grills naturally experience heat marks and color changes over time — this is normal and not a defect.

Warranty Claim Process

Email or WhatsApp us immediately after noticing the issue.

2️⃣ Provide Details

Send:
• Order number
• Clear photos/videos
• Description of the issue

3️⃣ Assessment

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.

4️⃣ Resolution

If approved, we will arrange suitable support (replacement part or guidance).

Usage & Care Guidelines

To maintain performance and eligibility:

• Do not leave grill exposed to rain
• Clean after every use
• Store in dry place
• Tighten screws periodically
• Use only recommended charcoal amount
• Do not overload cooking surface

Proper maintenance ensures longer product life.

Cancellation Policy Reminder

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Used products are strictly non-refundable.
